Guardian Safety Celebrates 20 Years of Excellence in Workplace Health & Safety
Dublin, Ireland — [2025]
This year marks a major milestone for Guardian Safety as we proudly celebrate 20 years of delivering high-quality workplace health and safety training to organisations across Ireland and overseas. What began in 2005 as a traditional classroom-based training provider has grown into a nationally recognised leader in accredited safety training, consultancy, fire extinguisher servicing, and digital learning innovation.
Our Mission From the Start
From day one, Guardian Safety’s mission has been clear:
To raise the standard of workplace safety training by delivering high-quality, customised programmes tailored to the industries we serve.
We have always believed that effective safety training must reflect the real risks, legislation, and operational environments of the people it aims to protect. That’s why we take a personalised, industry-specific approach—helping organisations empower their teams, meet compliance obligations, and build safer workplaces across Ireland and beyond.

Innovation in the Face of Global Challenges
When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted traditional training methods, Guardian Safety responded by developing a fully video-based Manual Handling eLearning course built entirely on Irish legislation. With no suitable external solution available, we took the initiative to create one.
Our team:
- Upskilled in digital learning design and video production
- Built a full in-house green-screen studio and sound booth
- Developed a custom eLearning platform capable of securely storing training data for nine years
- Integrated video upload functionality for practical assessments
This course quickly became one of the most trusted and widely used solutions for organisations seeking safe, flexible, and compliant alternatives during the pandemic.
Today, we continue to expand our digital academy with additional internally developed courses, including Dignity at Work, further strengthening our reputation for excellence in online learning.
A Milestone Worth Celebrating
Over the past two decades, Guardian Safety has:
- Trained tens of thousands of learners nationwide
- Supported organisations in meeting Irish health & safety legislation
- Built one of Ireland’s most comprehensive suites of classroom, blended, and eLearning courses
- Developed one of the country’s strongest internal eLearning production teams
- Become a long-term training partner for businesses across every major industry
“Celebrating 20 years in business is a testament to the innovation and dedication of our entire team,” said Jason Kearns. “We are proud of the trust our clients place in us and remain committed to providing training that is practical, compliant, and genuinely impactful.”
