This Fire Marshal Training Online course (also known as Fire Warden) is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to prevent a fire and give an understanding of the procedures that they need to follow in the event of a fire in the workplace. The course is designed specifically for those with the appointed in the role of Fire Marshal (Warden)
This Fire Marshal Training Online course has been built around common sense and legislative guidelines that outline causes of fire, fire prevention, different types of fire and how to deal with fire upon discovery. Learners will gain the skills to help them to identify potential fire hazards and implement fire prevention controls to help maintain your safety and that of your colleagues. It will give you an understanding of your prefire, fire and post-fire duties and will equip you with the knowledge to carry out that role.
Current legislation, in the UK and Ireland, applies to all workplaces regardless of the number of employees and requires employers to provide adequate training in fire awareness for all members of their staff.
