Fire Warden Training

Have you been looking for an experienced training provider for your fire warden training? Look no further, welcome to Guardian Safety. The Fire Warden Training that we can provide you with has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of both the 1981 Fire Services Act and Regulation 9 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005.

Our Fire Warden Training Course is a small course with a maximum of 12 participants. We keep our numbers low to ensure that every participant gets what they should out of the day and to ensure a higher pass rate. Throughout our fire warden training course, you will undertake a theory test assessment along with a practical demonstration in the safe selection and use of fire extinguishers. This particular training is aimed at employees designated in the employers Safety Statement emergency plans to act as Fire Wardens or Marshals.

Throughout your day with us on our Fire Warden Training Course, we will cover all aspects that you are expected to know when you’re the company fire warden. We will ensure that you feel fully comfortable in your duties in emergency, pre-emergency and post-emergency situations. Our team will also ensure that you understand the mechanics of fire, smoke and dangerous gases, how fire extinguishers, hose reel equipment and fire suppressants work, common fire safety features and also hazard spotting and elimination of bad practices. We can also look at how your Fire Warden Training applies specifically to your workplace, ensuring that you know all of your means of escape and methods of evacuation.

When coming to Guardian Safety for your Fire Warden Training Course you won’t just be expected to remember everything you were taught on the day. We always send all of our participants away with fire warden notes from the training for your own review. We also recommend that you attend refresher training every 3 years to ensure that your knowledge is still correct and up-to-date.

This particular Fire Warden Training is a full day course and on average lasts 4 to 5 hours, it is located at C1 Centre Point Business Park, Dublin 12 and you can view all of the other details of our fire warden training on our website. To speak to a member of our team about these finer details you can email us at info@guardiansafety.ie and we will get back to you as soon as possible with any further information you require.
