Payment
Payment is required in full and in advance of all courses.
A deposit of €70 is required in advance of all courses booked on line
Where payments have not been made, access to course may be denied.
Credit Terms
Our credit terms for account holders is 30 days from date of invoice.
Cancellations Policy
Cancelled courses
If We Cancel
Guardian Safety reserves the right to cancel a training day or substitute a trainer.
- If we cancel, you will be notified using the number you provided at time of booking.
- You will be offered a full refund or a place on a course at a future date.
- If we cannot facilitate you with a day that suits we will offer a full refund.
- Guardian safety is not responsible for advanced accommodation or travel costs, and such costs incurred will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
If You Cancel
- Cancellations within 10 workings of the Training start date will be charged 50% of course fee.
- Cancellations made before 10 working days of course date will receive a full refund less 20% administration fees.
Non Attendance
If you do not attend a course and you have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable. In the event of a medical reason a doctors certificate will be required.
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend a course, you may substitute another attendee provided this is confirmed in writing in advance of the course.
Late Arrivals And Missed Sessions
If you arrive late for a course or miss any sessions, Guardian Safety reserves the right to refuse access to training if we feel you will not gain sufficient skills or knowledge in the remaining time available. In such events, course fees remain payable.
Note: a minimum number of mandatory attendance hours are specified for some accredited course certifications.
Acceptable Use of Facilities
Guardian Safety facilities may not be used to transmit or distribute material which is offensive or illegal.
- Software may not be installed or downloaded onto Guardian Safety Equipment without the consent of Guardian Safety.
- Data must not be imported to equipment without virus checking unless with the consent of Guardian Safety.
Data Protection
Your personal details will be held and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be shared with external parties.
Safety & Equipment
Course participants are expected to comply with all safety requests and requirements.
