An induction course for all food handlers and follows the Food Safety Authority of Ireland “Induction Food Safety Skills level 1 (stages 1 and 2)” Ideal for all staff before handling food in your premises.

Assessment / Certification
On successful completion of a multi-choice questionnaire test candidates will receive a certificate from “ Guardian Safety”
