This course is designed for those in the food industry who require an introduction and practical understanding of HACCP. The course covers the history and development of HACCP, the seven principles, HACCP teams, flow diagrams, HACCP plans and an overview of implementation.

On successful completion of a multi-choice questionnaire test candidates will receive a certificate from “Guardian Safety”
